This GORGEOUS 1968 ACAPULCO BLUE Fastback " J " Code 302 V/8 (Engine also used in the Shelby GT 350) 4 Speed , is ONE of the NICEST cars that I have ever owned!!! It has just had a 4 year Rotisserie Restoration!!!! It also has one of the NICEST paint jobs of any car that I have had!!It was rebuilt from front to rear, from top to bottom!! It is so clean underneath that you can eat off of it!!!. There are plenty of photos showing how nice it is!! It is probably nicer than when it was NEW!!
It has a beautiful Black Bucket Seat interior with BOTH the lower and upper consoles with map lights. Deluxe Dash, Sports Deck Rear Seat (Fold Down Seat). A great sounding AM / FM stereo and speakers. It is LOADED!! Factory A/C, , P/Disc Brakes, P/Steering, 4 Speed , Tilt steering Wheel, Remote Drivers Mirror. The new 15" X 7" American Racing Torq-Thrust D Wheels with new BF Goodrich Radial T/A's put the FINAL TOUCH to this GORGEOUS ACAPULCO BLUE Fastback!!! (there are two photos of the car with the original Styled Steel Wheels and tires. It can be bought with those wheels and tires) It is an AWESOME EXAMPLE!!! The engine compartment is detailed as nice on the bottom end as it is on the top end!! Plenty of photos show how nice the bottom of the car is. When the factory painted these cars, the exterior color was over sprayed underneath on the red primer that was on the floor pans and frame rails etc. You can see in the photos that Acapulco blue is over sprayed over the red primer!! It RUNS OUT STRONG!! It SHIFTS SMOOTH!! It HANDLES like NEW !!! A VERY NICE HIGHWAY CAR!! And it is a VERY RARE FIND for this PRICE!!!!If I had done this restoration , I would have to ask at least $45,000 for it. If it were one of my TOP LINE "BULLITT" cars it would have to be $50,000.00. The person that grabs up this car is getting the most "BANG for the BUCK" of any Mustang that I have ever sold. It is hard for me to believe that anyone who personally put this much "LABOR of LOVE" into restoring a car to this condition , could ever let it go!! And it is selling for less that a restoration of this quality would cost a person who owned the car to begin with. Another persons loss will be the new owners gain!!
