MORE POPULAR TODAY!! It is a VERY DESIRABLE car to people of
"ALL AGES"!! People in their teens 20's 30's 40's 50's and the
WHOLE BABY BOOMER GENERATION who remember it in "THEIR YOUTH"!!
It has been 36 years since the MACH 1' HIT the STREETS!! FORD
saw how the MACH 1 has GROWN in POPULARITY and decided to bring
"IT BACK" in 2003!! Since the introduction of the new MACH 1
, the original 1969 has GONE UP IN VALUE!! As you will see in
the many photos below, 1969 Mach 1's are GREAT LOOKING cars!!

rebuilt). The 4 Speed Toploader was rebuilt like new by David
Kee. A/C, Power Steering, Power Disc/ Brakes!! A two year Rotisserie
Restoration just being completed. As you would expect, the car
was taken completely apart for the restoration. The body shell
and all of the basic body parts were painted separately. It
wasn't built to be a trailer queen. It was build to be driven
and enjoyed!! So all the suspension , steering components including
a new P/W Control Valve (not rebuild) are new. It is a very
nice car from front to rear, from top to bottom!! The floor
pans were painted with the red oxide primer. Acapulco blue lightly
over sprayed along the edges rocker panels on the red oxide
primered floor pans!! It is clean enough underneath that you
can eat off of it!!! Much detail went into the engine compartment
as far as the correct Autolite battery, battery cables, hoses
/ clamps, wires, coil, manifolds , decals etc to look like 1969
when you opened the hood. The Rim-Blow Steering was restored
like new by Bill Herndon. Original 1969 4 Speed Shifter with
original shifter arms and new reverse switch, was restored by
Bill Heeley, who is one of the best in the business. The 4 speed
Console was restored. Original horns were restored by "The Horn
Works". All new Chrome and Stainless trim including new grille
and trim. All new Emblems. New 69 Flip Down Gas Cap, fuel neck

SUMMER DAYS!!! Taking this solid South Carolina 69 Mach 1 from
an original condition and bringing it back to being a NICE EXAMPLE
has been long drawn out process, but the END RESULT has definitely
been worth the wait!! This Mach 1 WON'T LASTLONG once it hits
this web site!!! A RARE FIND!
